Planning
We plan the necessary steps to secure all required approvals, permits, and opinions. We set the timeline for completing design documentation and construction. We estimate costs and offer alternative approaches and solutions. We oversee the entire investment process from start to finish.
Implementation
We manage the formal aspects of the investment by securing all necessary approvals, permits, and opinions. We protect the Investor’s interests throughout the complex procedures related to spatial planning and appeals. We actively support the investment objectives in communications with authorities, institutions, and the community. We prepare comprehensive and visually engaging project presentations. We coordinate the execution of design and specialist studies. We seek optimal solutions and scenarios, actively assisting the construction process.
