We recognize that the designed space must be fully integrated with the engineering layer. Each element needs to fit together, and each one individually must harmonize with the others. Roads and sidewalks, networks, structures, internal installations, fire protection solutions, acoustics, geotechnics, hydrology, and environmental protection issues. Our experience enables us to bring many complex aspects into a cohesive whole—optimized, reliable in operation, and tailored to the challenges.

For many years, we have employed three-dimensional analysis techniques to study buildings and their systems as an integral part of our design process. Complex structures, unique facades, and distinctive interior details are developed through both digital and physical modeling. Additionally, we frequently incorporate 3D printing to enhance precision. Our use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout each project phase allows us to optimize installation layouts and resolve conflicts efficiently. Working in 3D is a natural and effective tool for us to validate solutions and refine them to their best form.

We continuously monitor the development of technologies that reduce the environmental impact of buildings. We always analyze opportunities to lower operational costs by incorporating solutions that utilize solar, water, wind, or geothermal energy. We are co-creators of Poland’s first living façade, based on vertical garden technology. Our solutions are always selected based on an analysis of local conditions. We carefully evaluate concepts, considering their cost-effectiveness, including return on investment and broader non-financial benefits for the Investor.
